What started as a hobby for slow food turned into a passion for good food.
From bread baked with our own starter developed in Redlands, California to freshly-made pastries, our aim is to prove that good food is worth waiting for.

Flour. Water. Salt.
And lots of time and heat. These are the only ingredients to authentic sourdough.
Then we add simple and fresh ingredients to heighten your experience.
It takes 3 days to make sourdough and believe us, these loaves of bread are worth the wait.
